Community Road was formed in 2024 by a group of musicians with a purpose of supporting community causes. The core of the band includes Jimmy Fallon (vocals/guitar/bass/piano/harmonica), Manuel Delgado (vocals/ukulele/guitar/bass), Paul Lagueux (percussion/bass/piano), Clara Delgado (vocals/guitar), Tori Delgado (vocals), and often features other local musicians.

Some of the causes Jimmy has supported in recent years, using his music to raise funds and awareness, include American Cancer Society, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Songs of Love, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, mental health services, Ukraine humanitarian efforts, The Greg Hill Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of NH, Horizons for Homeless, Japan Festival Boston, among many others. While a student at Berklee College of Music (B.A. graduate 2022 Summa Cum Laude), he created the music platform “Jukebox Storm”, with songs reaching airplay on FM/AM radio and featuring many established musicians, including Alex Grossi (Quiet Riot), Kyle Henson (We The Kingdom), Phil Madeira (Emmylou Harris), Danny “DMo” Morris, Judy Shin, and Joe Knecht. He has written and released numerous original tracks, many of which can be accessed via the Jukebox Storm website https://jukeboxstorm.com/. He has also worked as a Stagehand at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (Live Nation) supporting many prominent bands and artists.
